Welcome to Pure Value Trades! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, mentorship programs, events, drawings, and any related offerings (collectively, “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our Services. Using our Services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy including our Risk Disclosure.

Pure Value Trades offers trading education, mentorship programs (private and group), live trading events, proprietary software access, and periodic drawings for prizes. All Services are subject to availability and may change at our discretion. Pricing, schedules, and details are outlined on relevant pages of our site.

• Eligibility: To enter our drawings, you must be an active subscriber to our Services and maintain an active subscription through the drawing date. Only verified coupon codes issued by Pure Value Trades can be used for entry.
• Coupon Codes: Each drawing entry is based on a unique coupon code provided as part of a subscription or promotional offer. Coupon codes are valid for a specified time frame (e.g., 30 days from issuance) and may include discounts on Services as advertised (e.g., 10% off mentorship programs). Expired or invalid coupon codes will not qualify for entry.
• Minimum Sales Requirement: Drawings require a minimum of 50 sales (via valid coupon code entries) to be eligible. If this threshold is not met, the drawing will be canceled, and participants will be notified via email or our website. However, the price reduction associated with the coupon code will remain valid for the specified time frame, even if the drawing does not proceed. If the number of sales is close to 50, Pure Value Trades reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to proceed with the drawing or cancel it.
• Winner Responsibilities: Drawing winners are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees associated with prizes. Winners must confirm their active subscription status at the time of the drawing to claim their prize. Failure to maintain an active subscription or comply with these Terms will result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Drawing Terms: We reserve the right to modify or cancel drawings at our discretion. Prize details and drawing schedules will be announced on our website or via email.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering, purchasing Services, or entering drawings.
• Compliance: You will use our Services, including coupon codes and drawing entries, in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

• Pricing: Fees for mentorships, events, and other Services are as listed on our website (e.g., Private 1:1 Mentorship at $3,000 for 6 sessions, Group Mentorship at $1,500 for 6 sessions). Discounts via coupon codes may apply as advertised.
• Payment: Payments are due at the time of booking via accepted methods.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy: Due to the proprietary nature of our products, all sales at Pure Value Trades are final unless otherwise noted:
  • Annual purchases of indicators or strategies are final upon installation.
  • Monthly indicator or strategy leases are final and non-refundable.
  • Monthly trade room sales are non-refundable after the first business day of the month.
  • Cancellations for recurring payments must be received via email to sales@purevaluetrades.com at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled payment.
  • For auto-renewing subscriptions, if payment fails after three consecutive attempts, any and all current subscriptions will be canceled. If the user wishes to reactivate, they may be subject to current pricing, and any promotional or sales prices, including coupon code discounts, will no longer apply.
• Our Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule Services or drawings with notice. If we cancel, you’ll receive a refund or credit at our discretion.

All content, software, and materials provided by Pure Value Trades (e.g., training materials, proprietary software, coupon codes) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to our Services. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited.

Trading involves significant financial risk. Please refer to our separate Trading Risk Disclosure for details. By using our Services, you acknowledge that we are not financial advisors, and our education does not guarantee profits.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Value Trades, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or participation in drawings. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services, including drawing eligibility, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms (e.g., using invalid coupon codes) or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use our Services and participate in drawings ends immediately.

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., NinjaTrader 8, Apex). We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or terms.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with the updated date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Pure Value Trades is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.
